By using TexAI — whether via WhatsApp, our website, or any related service — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
TexAI is operated by Shreyansh Sodvadiya, Surat, Gujarat, India (Udyam: UDYAM-GJ-22-0623102).
TexAI provides an AI-powered WhatsApp bot that:
The service is intended for textile traders, brokers, and manufacturers operating in the Indian textile industry and export market.
Your TexAI account is linked to your WhatsApp phone number. You are responsible for keeping access to your WhatsApp account secure. We are not liable for any unauthorised access resulting from compromise of your WhatsApp account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use TexAI.
New users receive 6 free credits — no card required, no signup form. Once free credits are used, continued use requires purchasing a paid plan.
Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and is subject to change with reasonable notice.
Payments are accepted via UPI. Credits are non-refundable once generation has been initiated. If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, credits will be restored to your account.
You agree not to use TexAI to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension of your account without refund.
Your content: You retain ownership of the fabric photos you upload. By submitting them, you grant TexAI a limited licence to process them for the purpose of generating catalogue images.
Generated images: Images generated by TexAI from your fabric photos are owned by you. You may use them freely for commercial purposes including catalogue distribution, buyer presentations, and marketing.
TexAI brand and software: All TexAI trademarks, logos, and underlying software remain the property of TexAI.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation times may vary based on server load and third-party AI provider availability. We are not liable for delays or temporary outages.
TexAI is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost business, lost sales, or loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You may stop using TexAI at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Unused paid credits at termination are non-refundable unless the termination was caused by our breach.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp to active users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
